Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for artwork purchased through this platform. Art is an intentional exchange, not a disposable product. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Original Artwork (One-of-a-Kind Pieces)

Original artworks are singular expressions created through time, presence, and material commitment.

  • All original artworks are final sale.

  • Because returns or exchanges are not accepted once a purchase is complete, they are not available.

  • Collectors are encouraged to review all images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully, and to purchase with intention.

Exception - Shipping Damage:
If an original artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The external and internal packaging

Upon verification, a replacement (if possible) or refund will be issued.

Prints, Reproductions & Limited Editions

Prints and reproductions allow the work to be shared more widely while maintaining its integrity.

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.

Non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted prints

  • Limited editions clearly marked as final sale

 

Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Commissioned work is a collaborative and intentional process.

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins.

  • Once the creative process has started, the commission is non-refundable.

  • Each commission includes a clearly defined scope and number of revisions, outlined prior to commencement.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

We will arrange one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

Claims submitted after the stated time window may not be accepted.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Tracking is strongly recommended.
